As founder of JS MGMT, Soricelli has become a leader in the sports marketing industry. The agency support athletes in numerous ways.
“JS MGMT was founded with a simple mission: developing and elevating incredible people,” she said. “We work with athletes and talent to build and scale their personal brands. That can include everything from personal branding strategy and brand partnerships to business ventures, PR support and helping our clients identify and pursue opportunities that align with their goals and values.”
Since founding JS MGMT, Soricelli has attended both the 2022 World Cup in Qatar and the 2026 World Cup co-hosted by Canada, Mexico and the United States. She is supporting her clients while they are competing in the prestigious tournament.
“The World Cup has been an incredibly busy and exciting time for me,” Soricelli said. “For the clients participating in the tournament, our role primarily revolves around managing and supporting their brand obligations. During the competition, that often means coordinating social media deliverables and ensuring partnerships continue to feel authentic while allowing the athletes to remain focused on performing on the pitch.”
Soricelli’s journey with JS MGMT began after a deeply personal, life-altering event.
“In 2019, my father passed away after a 14-month battle with cancer. It was a major turning point in my life and forced me to reflect on my purpose and the kind of impact I wanted to make. I knew I wanted to continue using my marketing expertise, but I also wanted my work to be more meaningful and people-centered,” she said.
While working for another marketing company at the time, Soricelli met several athletes, including Sebastian Lletget who now plays for Monterey Bay Football Club.
“Sebastian and I hit it off immediately,” she said. “He had a strong interest in exploring opportunities off the pitch and was inspired by the work ethic and career-building approach of his partner. He asked if I could support him in that area, and that conversation ultimately led to the launch of JS MGMT.”
The timing of their meeting could not have been more perfect. Soricelli realized that this was her opportunity to take advantage of her personal goals and translate her work into real change.
“When the opportunity arose to help Sebastian build this life and brand off the field, it immediately resonated with me,” she said. “There’s something incredibly rewarding about helping someone pursue goals they’ve set for themselves, create opportunities beyond their sport and realize their potential in new ways.”
Fast-forward six years, and JS MGMT has grown into a marketing and management company representing athletes and talent across the soccer ecosystem, Soricelli added.
“Looking back, I feel my path ultimately led me to where I was always meant to be: working in sports,” she said.
Another one of JS MGMT’s clients is Dayne St. Clair, goalkeeper for the Canada Men's National Team.
“Leading into the World Cup, Dayne has partnered with brands including General Mills Canada, Allstate Canada, Apple and Snap Inc., among others,” said Soricelli. “Our role is to support him across the entire partnership lifecycle — from sourcing and negotiating deals to managing activations and ensuring each opportunity aligns with his personal brand and long-term goals.”
JS MGMT has also provided marketing support to Timothy Weah and DeAndre Yedlin from the U.S Men’s National Team. Specifically, Soricelli and her team worked diligently to launch an eight-episode reality series, “Home Grown,” with Yedlin, in partnership with Whistle Sports, that follows his life as both a professional athlete and as a husband and father.
When reflecting on her college experience as a marketing major, Soricelli credits her out-going personality, combined with the opportunities and networks provided at Quinnipiac, for her early success.
“I worked at the fitness center, which was arguably one of the best places on campus to network,” she said. “It gave me the opportunity to interact with athletes, coaches, students, faculty and alumni from all different backgrounds. Those conversations helped me build genuine relationships, and there are alumni I met during that time whom I'm still in touch with today.”
The skills that Soricelli learned during her on-campus job have translated into her roles since graduating.
“Looking back, that experience taught me the value of networking and relationship building. In my industry, and especially as an entrepreneur, relationships are everything. There isn't a roadmap or a built-in set of resources readily available, so the ability to connect with people, nurture relationships and build a strong network anywhere I go, has been one of the most important skills in my career,” she said.
Through her work-study position, Soricelli also gained a phenomenal lifelong mentor: Tami Reilly, director of fitness and wellbeing.
“Tami also played a huge role in my growth,” Sorcelli said. “She was my boss at the fitness center, and the way she conducted herself left a profound impact on me. She had an incredible presence about her and led with compassion, competence and a sense of fun. She made people feel valued and built a positive culture. Those are qualities I still try to emulate every day as a founder and leader. In fact, she's someone I remain in touch with to this day.”
Soricelli’s journey has culminated to her current work at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, traveling internationally to support her clients and embracing the best of sports.
“It's hard to put into words what this experience means. Watching people from different countries and cultures come together to celebrate the beautiful game almost brings me to tears. There's a sense of joy, pride and connection that you don't see anywhere else," she said.
As part of the more than 70,000 alumni in Quinnipiac’s network, Soricelli clearly stands out as someone who has made a tangible impact in the lives of others, especially the athletes that JS MGMT supports.
“On a personal level, getting to watch my clients achieve lifelong dreams on this stage is incredibly meaningful,” she said. “Seeing them represent their countries in front of friends, family and millions of fans around the world, and knowing they have an entire nation behind them, is really special.”
