The all-FSL GPA was .21 higher than the all-Undergraduate GPA during the Spring 2026 semester. The all-sorority and all-fraternity are also regularly higher than the all-male and all-female GPAs.

All 24 of our organizations were founded on a set of core principles, or values, that shape their outlook, programming and philosophy. This allows students to make an informed decision and join a group of like-minded people. 

You want to give back and engage with the local Hamden community 

During the 2025-26 academic year, FSL members raised $224,793.18 for philanthropic causes and performed 14,573 hours of hands-on service. 

You want to find meaningful mentors and opportunities to network with alumni 

Fraternity and sororities have extensive alumni networks that allow students to gain professional experience, access to internships and mentors in their desired field.

The FSL community hosts over 1500 events per year including Greek Week, semi-formal, formals and so much more!
